Designed for urban explorers, young families and pet lovers, the JAECOO J5 EV introduces a fresh approach to electric mobility by combining contemporary styling, intelligent technology and practical versatility. As OMODA | JAECOO Malaysia's first fully electric SUV, the J5 EV is powered by a front-mounted electric motor producing 155 kW and 288 Nm of torque, delivering smooth and responsive performance for both daily commuting and weekend adventures.
Powering the JAECOO J5 EV is a 58.9 kWh CATL Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) battery, delivering a WLTP driving range of up to 402 KM. Designed for everyday convenience, the battery supports DC fast charging from 30% to 80% in just 28 minutes, allowing drivers to spend less time charging and more time exploring. The J5 EV also features Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) functionality, enabling owners to power compatible external electrical devices directly from the vehicle, making it an ideal companion for camping trips, outdoor activities and active lifestyles.
